Common questions
How does per-seat pricing work?
Every person with an account counts as one seat — managers and employees alike. A manager with 6 reports is 7 seats. You pay for everyone who has access, billed monthly or annually.
What happens when I hit the 7-member limit on Starter?
You keep full access to everything you have. You just can't invite new members until you upgrade to Growth. We show a clear prompt — no sudden lockouts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time and you'll be billed pro-rata. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. Performance Reviews and Insights data is preserved — you simply lose access to those features until you upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch to annual anytime and we prorate the difference. Switching back to monthly takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
