1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BetterTeams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use BetterTeams. Notify us immediately at support@betterteams.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BetterTeams for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware or spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you create in BetterTeams. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
5. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime, and we'll communicate this in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterTeams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of BetterTeams after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
